Periods Coming Earlier, Not Stopping Completely, Pimples On Face, Complexion Becoming Dark. Reason?

I am 39 years old. Periods start 7 to 10 days earlier than the last month's date and don't stop ! Becomes light on the 6th day onwards, but don't stop completely. I have to take Pause 500 and then it stops.I have started getting small pimples on my face.Never used to get pimples before.Complexion has also darkened slightly.Have a feeling of fullness in the stomach. Have had endometrial biopsy 2 times. Once in 2008 and then in 2010. Nothing abnormal was found. Pap smear was also normal. I was operated in 2004 for an endometriotic ovarian cyst and one ovary was removed. Now I just have one ovary.

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since you were operated for ovarian cyst , so know symptoms of cyst.
As these are ,
Decreases in value ( amount) of estrogen ( estradiol),
Increases in the level of androgen ( testosterone)
alteration in ratio of F SH/L H,
obesity,
acne ,
hairs growth.
Scanty , irregular bleeding, dysfunctional uterine bleeding
In my opinion please get in ultrasound of ovary ( remaining ) .
Consult a Gynaecologist and get his opinion.
