Periods Late, On Birth Control. Having Pregnancy Signs, Test Negative, Spotting With Colts. Pregnant?

I am on birth control and have always be on time for my periods, but now I am late. I did a home pregnancy test. Came out negative, I have been having some of the signs of being pregnant. Have had some spottings and today I had a few blood clots in the toilet. Can I be pregnant?? I am also on an antidepressant as well.

I have gone through your question in detail.
There could be many different reasons for delay in the periods. With a negative pregnancy test the chances of you being pregnant further go down. You medications, the antidepressants you are on,could also be responsible for your menstrual symptoms. Its difficult to predict a pregnancy early with symptoms alone and the urine pregnancy test is quite sensitive and specific.
