Persistent Cough For Three Months. Cold At Present

i have had a persistent cough for three months. i am not coughing out phelm or blood or nothing. it's just an irritating cough that wont go away. one minute am fine, the next minute, i am coughing a lot. other days am fine, other days am not. i have noticed that i usually get this cough when i am run down and tired from everyday work work. i just want the cought to go away now. it is getting annoying and i've got a cold too now

use anti allergic tab montelucast with anti allergic sypwith antacid
applyneomycin h ointment in nose bd
sea water 2 drop to each nose this will relieve cold
