Hi,am a 30-yr old guy and was diagnosed wid a very high infection- UTI after incurring 400+/hpf puss cells in my urine culture tests. My doctor prescribed me antibiotics (ofloxacin 200mg for 1 week and then continued it wid 400 mg for another week which I am currently taking). Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
You are having Urinary Tract Infection, and taking antibiotic (Ofloxacin), I presume it is prescribed according to sensitivity report.

Sometimes a spasmodic pain can accompany the UTI, and is relieved by analgesic but you should get a Ultrasonography of Abdomen to see if there is any stone or obstruction to urinary tract which can result in acute coliky pain.

Your kidney functions should also be tested like blood Urea and Creatinine also if there is any obstruction then a Urologist should be consulted and if necessary Cystoscopy and Intravenous Pyelography may be required.
Hope this helps you.

Good Luck.
