Persistent Nausea, Dizziness, Weakness In Legs, Tiredness, Pink Discharge In Urine. Medical Attention Required?
I am a 27 year old female with persisten nausea for over a week. Sometimes I get episodes of feeling very hot, dizzy and like I am going to vomit , but don t. I ve also been having leg weakness upon standing and overall weak feeling, when sitting and feeling like I am suddenly so tired I can t keep my eyes open. Today, I experienced some blood and reddish pink tissue in my urine and I am not on my period. Concerned and wondering if I should see my doctor.

generalized body weakness, nausea and easy fatigability certainly requires medical attention. Causes could range from inflammatory to infectious causes. Anemia could also explain weakness. Neurological disease and proximal muscle weakness are probable causes of disease that have to be evaluated. What is observed in urine might deserve a urine analysis, urine cytology and culture to ascertain the actual case of the symptoms. A good clinical evaluation is required to make a good clinical and laboratory correlation. Consulting an internist first might be very useful.

Your main complaints are Nausea, feeling very hot, dizzy, weakness all over the body especially over the lower extremities. You also feel tired. All these are present for the last one week.
Today you have passed some blood and reddish pink tissue in the urine.
Usually urinary tract infection may produce all the symptoms you have mentioned.
In our point of view the passage of blood, to start with-middle-end of urine is important.
You have to be investigated for 1. UTI 2. Stones anywhere in the urinary tract 3. cause for the passage of blood and pinkish red tissue in the urine. The following investigations are needed.
1) Complete urine analysis including culture and sensitivity
2. Blood investigations
3) USG - abdomen especially KUB area
4) If indicated - Cystoscopy
5) If urinary tract is normal, investigations to find out the cause for your complaints
Treat the cause. You will be alright.
