Pimple Like Crack On Butt Crack, Occasional Pain, Reappearing. Boils?
I have small pimple like spots on my buttcrack that are occasionally painful, they never swell to anything bigger then a normal facial zit, but do sometimes get painful to the touch and are located an inch or two above the anus. i sometimes wont notice them for several weeks and then they will reappear. I am a 22 year old male of average weight and height with no other medical conditions. Are they simply boils? Thanks

Hi pimples on the buttock creases can be normal boils or fissure in ano with secondary infection.use of atarax 25 mg at night.antibiotic twice daily and application of t bact ointment over the lesions can cure the condition.if no response go for fissurotomy of the lesions
