Pimple On Elbow, Purple In Color, Reoccurring. Cause And Remedy?

Hello! So I've been having this pimple like thing on my elbow for a few months now and it won't go away. It also won't pop . It didn't hurt or anything but my mom wanted to put garlic on it for it to go away but the next day I had a big boil next to it. It popped but it kinda formed again but a lot smaller and my elbow now is like purplish . The pimple like thing is still there the same way it's always been. What can this be and what do I need to do to get it better ?

purple coloured pimple on the elbow can be granuloma pyogenicum or a simple pimple.it cannot be cured with medical treatment it can only cured by electrocautery or cryosurgery.after that use a broad spectrum antibiotic twice daily and a inflammatory agent twice daily can cure it
