Pimple On Leg, Above Knee, Pus Filled, Popped It, Red Bump, Itchy. Used Alcohol. Will It Get Better?

I had 1 single pimple on my leg about 5 inches above my knee, it filled with puss, very small. I popped it. Next day, very red infected looking and another pimple / red bump appeared on the side of it. Same thing they remain small red filled with puss pimples keep appearing in that area. 9 so far and spreading itchy and ugly. try cleaning with alcohol regularly

It could be due to hair route infection.
keep proper hygiene.
Do proper cleaning and dressing with antiseptic liq. and apply antibiotic cream.
Oral antibiotic Amoxycilline with cloxacillin and nsaid will be helpful.
consult your family physician for proper medical management.
