Pimple On Pubic Region, Swollen And Painful. Causes And Treatment ?

i have recently found like 1 bump like pimple on my pubic region,it was swollen and it caused me pain,then another same pimple grew overnight just infront of that pimple,same thing,pain and all. I squeezed the first pimple and zit came out,its getting better now,but the other one is growing bigger. Now yesterday another pimple appeared just above the first one,after taking a warm bath,it was kind of pricking me,i sqeezed it and zit came out.,its swollen now...what are the causes and treatment for these pimples..i really need help.
