Pimples And Rashes On Forehead. On Anti Bacterial And Antibiotics. Can I Squeeze Them Out?

My 16 months old daughter has pimple kind of rashes on the forehead. Doctor advise to have antibiotics for 2 weeks and use anti bacterial ointment. It seems to be work for that two and more then. It's been almost 2 month there is lump inside forehead looks dark and blue. It's start build up some pus. I am tempted to squeeze and get rid of it. what do you suggest

Continue with the medicine as your doctor prescribed.
Do not try to squeeze out pimple as it may aggravate the condition.
If any problem is there or there is no improvement do follow up your doctor and follow his advice.
Do not try to do any self medication or false experiment on your child.
