Pimples Around Forehead, Nose And Chin In Summer, Sensitive Skin. Suggestions?

Hello Doctor, I m 33 yrs old and every summer I get small pimples around my forehead, near nose area(both sides) and chin. They are painless but I look very ugly with them. I cannot use moisturiser as I have sensitive skin. I cannot use anything on my face, not even sunscreen. Pls help me out, my face looks as if I have got prickly heat on my face........
