Ayurveda recommends blood purifiers and advocates proper hygeine and nourishing diet. In many cases the cause can be abnormal cycle. Avoid excess of local applications as they offer temporary result and a harsh chemical application can leave a permanent spot. Have tab Radona 2 bd with mahamanjishtha arisht.2 tsf bd.

Kiran you are too young to get wrinkles on face ,and the only cream which people wrongly apply for pimples and which can give fine lines on face is topical steroids.So,if you are using any such cream ,kindly discontinue.For pimples you should start from using a good anti acne soap,creams like clindamycin or adaferin gel locally...and if sever then oral medicines like azithromycin daily for 3 days can be taken.Also use a good oil free sunscreen daily.Since you are a female its important to have regular periods too,otherwise pimples can be because of hormonal imbalance also.Kindly get a hormonal check up done too.For wrinkles ,creams are not going to be effective ,so probably you need to just use a sunscreen with water based moisturizer or take botox injections.There are bunch of anti wrinkle creams available in the market but i don't think any one can give any promising result.
