Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,You are having folliculitis inside the nose, not pimple. It is a bacterial, most commonly staphylococcal. The lymphatic drainage of the lower part of the nose is to submandibular lymphnodes, i.e. the lympnodes below the chin... And in any bacterial infection , the relavent lymphnodes are enlarged. As you have infection in nose, your chin area lymphnodes are swollen. So , do not worry, short course of antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs will cure the disease and the affected lymphnodes will also becomal normal... Ok
