Hi,

It seems that you are having vitiligo and acne vulgaris. Vitiligo is a n idiopathic depigmentation of skin, partially inhereted. Acne is a multifactorial disease. You consult dermatologist for perfect treatment of both the diseases. Psoralen containing tablets and cream may be prescribed by your doctor. Azithromycine and isotretinoin may be taken to improve acne lesions. Clindamycine and adapalene gel may be applied. I hope you may be benefitted. I hope you got my answer.
Thanks.
