Pimples On Scalp, Face. Leaves Tiny Holes. Having Big Welts With Pus. Is There Any Remedy?
Well I have pimples on my scalp all over they get very big to the point it hurts me it also leaves little tiny holes on My head witch is always itchy, my face is getting it too I have black heads acne. at the side of my face I get big welts with puss after the bump is ready to blow, it really hurts. I always make sure to shower daily and wash my face wen ever I can I have oily skin. I've try almost everything plz can you help with this situation I have im most grateful.

Seems that you are suffering from severe form of acne.
It needs to be treated aggressively otherwise might leave behind permanent scaring.
If i were your treating doctor i would have wished to put you on oral antibiotics like doxycycline or azithromycin or minocycline for 4-14 weeks.
Topical antibacterial gels like benzoyl peroxide/clindamycin/nadifloxacin form an impressive armamentarium of anti acne agents.
Oral retinoids need to be given in the most severest of acne or acne not responding to conventional anti acne treatment.
Sometimes large or painful cysts need to be injected with intralesional steroids like triamcinolone.
I would advice that you visit a dermatologist to explore the most suitable treatment modality for your type of acne.
