Pink Blood Spotting, Back Pain, Burning Sensation During Urination, Have Clots, Had UTI And Urethral Reflux Disorder. Reason?

It seems as though every month around the time I am due to PMS that I feel as though I am getting a UTI. It lasts a whole day and is gone again after spending hours a night on the toilet. There is faint pink blood when wiping and you can see a little bit at the bottom of the toilet. Periods were normal for 4 years and then became abnormal back in September and I have had 3 since September 2012. Also burns alot when peeing and there are little clots in the toilet! Please Help... No Insurance...
Note I Have A Long History Of UTI due to having a short urethra with a reflux disorder.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This may not be UTI, but the blood of menses could be irritating when comes in contact with urethral opening, and may be seen in urine stream at the time of voiding, still you can test your urine routinely, after the last date of your period, this will clear the doubt, meanwhile keep drinking lots of water, you can even try alkelizer for alkalizing you urine , have good day,
