Hi, pink watery discharge from the vagina is most likely to be blood mixed discharge. Pink discharge or frank bleeding from the vagina after sex points towards some sort of raw area on the cervix which maybe due to infection or any lesion like cervical erosion. It should be examined and investigated by a pap smear and colposcopy as has been done a month before in your case. The bleeding or discharge will stop only after treatment based on your colposcopy results. I would advise you to revert to your doctor for the colposcopy results and if required an antibiotic course for any concomitant infection.
