Pinkish Patch On The Lower Lip. Is This Vitiligo?

Hi sir,on 28yrs old women ,I have pink patch on my lower lip inner it seems light pink, I noticed this once before 2yrs after that due to my pregnancy phase I didn't care about it but now when I look in mirror below light its seems visible and scary,pls help me whether it's vitiligo or any other issue and I use to bite my lips and peel the dry skin layers.

Hi, you are having post inflammatory leucoderma on lip due to your bad habit of lip bite. It is not vitiligo. You stop to bite your lip... And apply placentax gel on the lesion twice a day...or apply tacrolimus oint. 0.1 percent twice a day...for long time
Take cap vitamin E 400 mg once a day and folic acid 5 mg thrice a day for long time. Do not apply any cosmetic or lipstick. And while tooth brush , do not rub the tooth brush on lip. This much will prevent the further depigmentation. And probably you may get normal color of lip.... Ok
