Hi, As there is no improvement with antacid medicines, some cardiac ailment should be ruled out. Go for EKG and rule out cardiac cause. Change your food habit. Avoid fried, chillies and junk food. Ok and take care.
Hi Mr Surendra ! Do you eat frequently from outside ? From your history, the possibility of amebiasis is very high. After discussing with your family physician, you to for a stool test, and also a course of anti amebic drug atleast for seven days. You can continue with Omez, but please add a prokinetic agent after consulting your treating doctor. Avoid eating from outside. Wishing you an early recovery.
