Pins And Needles In The Foot Due To MDMA Neurotoxicity. Need To Get Checked?

Hi, someone I know mixed a small amount of MDMA last night with a crushed pill of Ecstasy, they're quite worried due to the fact that they have pins and needles in their LEFT foot, after their comedown approximately 22 hours ago. I've done a little research and it seems that this is a normal side effect to taking Ecstasy and MDMA, and it may be a result of MDMA neurotoxicity, with the brain correcting itself over the next few days with its seratonin levels.
Just wondering if there's anything this person should be concerned about or any signs we should be looking for that indicate a need to visit hospital? (Other than being scared of the huge lecture I'm about to give them about doing E)

Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

I have gone through your available history.

Pins and needles sensation might be possible with MDMA and ecstasy. But physical causes like diabetes and vitamin B12 deficiency and electrolyte imbalance has to be rule out.

If symptoms persist, you should take him to the hospital.

Thanks.
