Planning For Baby, Want To Skip. Any Complications In Future ?

Hello, I am 23 years old married girl. My weight is 56 KGs. Still I am not planning to get baby though I am married since 5 years. I wanna go through some kind of physical exercises like skipping to keep my body fitness. Now I want to know, is skipping would be harmful for me at this stage? Is it would make any kind of complication to my pregnancy in future? Is skipping harmful to my uterus by any way ?

Thanks for your question. Keeping in shape is always a healthy way to live. Skipping, like jumping rope, is a wonderful aerobic exercise. Skipping will not be harmful to your uterus nor should it cause any future fertility problems. Like anything, however, taken to an extreme (such as long distance running) addictive aerobic exercise can create hormone imbalances that reduce fertility. If you keep your skipping workouts to a reasonable amount of time, such as 20-30 minutes three times a week, you will avoid these hormone suppression problems.
I hope this answers your questions and I am available for follow up.
