hi, i m 32years old planning for my 2nd child. I took fertyl 50 mg on 3rd day of my periods (14th March) for 5 days. As per the leaflet supplied with the fertyl tablet , my ovulation day was 21st March. I intercoursed on that day. From 22nd onwards, i m vomoting daily in the afternoon and on 23rd i had a little amount of bleeding . Is it possible that i have concieved? Is is possible to vomit so early? Is bleeding a sign of conception?
