If i am your treating doctor,would suggest to
1)Encourage diet with more fiber rich products like fruits,vegetables,whole grains etc and with less saturated fat/
cholesterol like red meat,oily and deep fried foods etc
2)Regular exercises at least 30 minutes daily or at least five days a week (like brisk walking,jogging,swimming etc).
3)Lifestyle changes(like avoiding
smoking,weight reduction if you are obese or
overweight etc)
Would consider later lipid lowering drugs like
rosuvastatin,when therapeutic life style change didn't seem to improve your
lipid profile after 3-6 months.Regarding fasting sugar,LBBB no need to much concern.Periodic follow up with sugar testing and cardiac checkup would be sufficient.Hope this answers your query.If further queries,happy to answer you.Take care.
