General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to muscle pain of the elbow due to overuse. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain. I also suggest using cold compresses for local application at the are of the pain. Magnesium supplements can help in muscle relaxation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
