Hi there!
So my family and I were cooking a big turkey for dinner tonight. However, my mom noticed that it was smelly a bit odd, but figured it was just because we had recently cleaned our oven. So once we took the turkey out an hour later, she noticed an old toy rubber ball (a koosh ball if you are familiar with it) got stuck in the oven the entire time. It was not in the pan with the turkey but still in the oven. Pretty much all of it could be removed from the oven, only a couple of strands of rubber fell off. Anyway, we were wondering if it was safe to eat the turkey. My dad thinks my mom is just being paranoid and says it's fine, but I want to be safe. I looked up the ball and it says it is made of rubber filaments (strings) attached to a rubber core. Thanks for your help!
