Pregnancy Urine Test Showing Pus Cells. Will Medication Affect The Baby?

Hay I am 27 week pregnant and I had a urine test two days ago and the result revealed 10-15 pus cells. I'm afraid to go to my doctor because I'm pretty sure that she will give medicine (I'm afraid that the medication will effect my baby) so whats the best thing I can do (especially that I live in Iraq and I don't trust the doctors decisions here).
Thanks in advance

Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I can understand your problem but if your urine test shows pus cells that means you are having a urinary tract infection and it should be treated immediately because it may harmful to your baby.
You should consult a gynecologist for UTI treatment and take antibiotic which is safe during pregnancy.
GOOD LUCK.
Take care.
