Pregnant. Baby's Head Is Down, Not Engaged. Will I Have Natural Birth?

Hi, I am 41 +4 weeks pregnant and no sign of anything happening. The baby's head is down but not engaged. I really would like to go naturally and not be induced. Is there still a chance that I will have a natural birth? If not and I am induced, how high is the chance of a c-section, which I would also rather not have.
I am nearly 35 years old and first time mother. I've had a very good pregnancy with no complications.

Hi,
Thanks for your query.
At 42 weeks of pregnancy with no sign of labor and baby head engagement in my opinion you should straight forward go for C-section, because at 35yrs. Age with your first child I do not recommend normal delivery and induction at this stage, because it may harm your baby also.
You should go and consult your gynecologist for the same.
GOOD LUCK.
Take care.
