Pregnant. Can Having Ultrasound Cavitation For Reducing Hip Fat Harm The Baby?

I am now at 3weeks pregnant ( one yeeks after the actual conception ., my last conception was 10 th of. October 2013 . yesterday , and before knowing today that I am pregnant, I had an ultrasound cavitation method for reducing the hips fat. Can this harm my baby and to what extend.
I am very worry that this will lead to problems to my baby

There is no study and no data regarding the potential for harm from these procedures to a developing fetus. In other words, there is not an answer. Common sense, though, suggests that it is unlikely to cause harm. Please talk to your doctor.
