Pregnant. Cystic Placenta, Growing. Will I Have A C Section?

I am 32 wks pregnant and jst found out the other day during an ultrasound that I have 3-4 cysts on my placenta apparently they found them a couple months ago but until now they had not gotten any larger, but they have almost trippled in size in just the last 3 weeks & I'm having a lot of pain don't see my doctor for 4 more days and am curious as to what this means & does it up my odds for induction or c section??

Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic.
As long as your baby is growing well, the liquor around it is average, and the fetal movements are satisfactory, this means that the placenta is functioning properly. You can confirm this by doing Doppler evaluation of the umbilical artery blood flow.
The mode of delivery wether vadinal or C section depends on many factors, but in your case it is very important to have a continuous fetal monitor if you are going to have a vaginal delivery, and there must be a facility for C section at any time if placental separation or fetal distress occurs.
I also suggest that you receive corticosteroids to enhance lung maturity if your doctor agrees.
Good luck.
