Pregnant. Have Clear And Stringy Discharge. Will I Be Okay?

Hi I m 38 wks 1day pregnant and my underwear was wet last night with no discharge! Just a bit more than a tablespoon of water.then 20mins later my discharge was clear and stringy like.i had no pains during the night! Now my back is killing me.what does this mean. If I m not in labour what is the quickest way for me to induce naturally.I ve had it now.thank you

You need to be evaluated immediately. Some amount of discharge is normal in term pregnancy and if your clothes are wet then you need to make sure your 'water' isnt broken. See your doctor immediately and keep a note of the fetal movements.
