Hi, this may be due to stretching pain. At this stage, baby will be in abdomen. But you need to take rest and also proper nutrition with supplements. The relief due to pillows under feet or with legs high is due to returning of blood from periphery and also relaxing of muscles. Consult your doctor for examination once and follow his advice. Take adequate rest.
Hi, Your symptoms suggest that the weight of the uterus is bearing down as you sit for long hours and this is not at all advisable. You should be taking rest for at least 2 hours in the day and 8 hours in the night and spend some of this time in left lateral position. I would suggest that you try to lessen your work; otherwise there is a risk of preterm labor. Please take a healthy diet and have regular follow up. Hope your query is clarified. Wish you safe motherhood.
