Pregnant. Headache, Back Ache, Pressure In Vagina. Any Ideas?

I am 35 weeks pregnant and having a pretty severe headache . I have been having SOB after climbing the stairs at home, persistent backache , difficulty walking after sitting for a brief period of time, severe pressure in the vaginal area and also felt as if I was going to pass out earlier at work! Any ideas what is going on? While I was at the doctor Monday they did an ultrasound and stated that the babys head was so far down in my pelvis they couldn t see his face, but they didn t check to see if I had dialated.

Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Headaches can commonly occur in pregnancy. It may be due to benign causes such as stress, decreased sleep or migraines. In the third trimester eclampsia must be considered- this is a condition in which the blood pressure rise and is associated with swelling, protein in the urine, seizures and coma.
Backache can commonly occur in pregnancy.

If the headache persist and is associated with any of the symptoms mentioned then you may want to consider visiting your doctor as soon as possible

Wishing you a beautiful and healthy baby
