Pregnant. Implant Fitted After Pregnancy, Abortion Done. Delayed Periods, Sign Of Pregnancy?
hello, i had the implant fitted and found out i was pregnant before the implant was fitted, i opted for an abortion , my period is very late, i am worried i might be pregnant again, i was just wondering if any of the above situations might have caused the implant to stop working in turn would have caused me to get pregnant again, thank you for you time

normally after abortion periods irregularity can occur and ovulation may get delayed so that could be one reason for your delayed periods,
usually because of these things implanon may not stop working and also implanon can also cause menstrual irregularities delayed or even absent periods are one of them,
and also there is around 1% failure rate for implanon,
so you better once check for pregnancy to rule out the possibility.
