Pregnant. Lower Abdominal And Lower Back Pain. Ultrasound Shows Large Fibroid In Posterior Wall. Prescribed Folgel Plus, Susten Vt, Duvadilan. Right Medication?

Hi I am Nitika 31 year old female. I am 10 weeks 4 days pregnant, my ultrasound report shows large fibroid in posterior wall. Is it serious as this is precious pregnancy for us. My haemoglobin count before pregnancy was 7.8, the doctor gave Autrin caps for that now its 10.8. Now after the ultrasound the doctor prescribed Folgel Plus once a day, Susten VT 200 twice a day, Duvadilan 10 mg once a day and crocin SOS. Pls suggest is it serious and are the medications given correct for my condition. I am feeling lower abdominal and lower back pains also.

Hello Nikita,
Thanks for the query, Yes the medications are safe and usually given in this situation. And about the fibroid its difficult to comment unless you mention its size and location.
Hope I answered your question, Kindly reply me if you have any further queries or any comments. I will be very happy to help you.
Sincerely,
Dr Arif
