hi i am almost if not 6 monthes pregnant im due dec 31st, i was in a car for two hours today and got out rested ate some lunch and went another two hours, when i got home i was crapping in my stomach and i felt some pressure in my lower regin when i went to the bathroom and what also felt like crapping. i also have wetness that doesnt really look like discharge but doesnt smell like sweat im unsure if something is wrong and i should be concerned.. please help im waiting on my doc to call me back and its been awhile so some answers would be nice.
