hey my wife went into labor after 12 weeks of pregnancy gave birth is there any way my baby could survive?

I am sorry to hear about your loss. A pregnancy of 12 weeks if it is delivered cannot survive at all outside the uterus under any circumstances. A baby has to be at least 28 weeks mature to be able to survive with a world class mdical care outside the uterus.
