Pregnant. Vomiting, Dizziness, Tiredness, Increased Appetite, Mood Swings. Normal?

I have being felling sick since 2 weeks ago...simptoms are vomiting, diziness, tiredall the time, tingeling like numbness in my left arm, acumulation of saliva, very full to my stoch after eating but eager to eat more and more because I feel this emptiness in my stomach, shakiness, ansiety, cant sleep at night but with lots of sleepiness during day, shortness of breath, want to cry for everything, tender breast, cramps, low pressure. This are some of the sintoms I know I am pregnant but I dont believe all the simptoms are because of the pregmancy. Im about 1 month pregnant 32 years old.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Usually most of the symptoms you mentioned can be seen in pregnancy.
But may not be seen in all.
You once consult gynecologist, get examined and go for hemoglobin levels and thyroid profile.
If all these are normal, no need to worry.
Take folic acid supplementation, nutritious diet, enough rest.
Take the support of your family members in dealing with psychological factors.

Take care.
