Pregnancy brings about a lot of changes in the body, there occur hormonal changes as well, which is why you have been having these symptoms. It is possible that if you are anxious about something else it can manifest in the form of these symptoms. If your foot gets swollen, what we call pedal edema, take adequate rest, avoid standing for long periods, and when sleeping, put a pillow under your feet. Since you are already 8 months pregnant, very soon you will be delivering the baby, then these symptoms might subside on their own. Your concern is reasonable, but just try to stay cool and follow my advice.
Take care
