Pregnant, Feeling Weak, Heart Beating Out Of Chest During Bowel Movements. Cause And Treatment?
I feel weak and my heart is beating out of my chest prior to and during bowel movements. I am 29 weeks pregnant, this has been happening for close to 2 months. I feel like I can t function during this time and am very out of breath. It gets more severe when I actually go. Wondering what could be causing this and how to fix the problem.

hi, do you feel constipated, which is a common phenomenon in this time of pregnancy
if yes then dont strain for stools sort to increased hydration and stool softners with increased dietary fibre intake
Also do you have swelling of feet and breathlessness when you walk or climb stairs if yes then get yourself checked for an additional heart problem or low hemoglobin
Also when you strain for stools acid may also reflux up do u get any such symptoms
