I have started drinking water but that hasnt helped yet, it does not feel like a UTI , i have had plenty of these this is not it. what it wrong I feel awful like so much pain i need to do something. thanks
How can you be so sure that its not UTI? As your symptoms are very positive for UTI which is very common in pregnancy more in those who have past history of repeated UTI's.
So get your urine microscopy and culture done to rule out UTI. Also get an ultrasound of KUB region(kidney. urinary bladder) to rule out stones or cystitis (bladder inflammation and infection).
Also get other areas of abdomen scanned to rule out other pathologies.
You should take plenty of fluids as its necessary to maintain hydration of your body and also for adequate fluid for the baby. Amniotic fluid of the baby is needed for proper growth, nutrition and movement of the baby , the amount of which depends on adequate fluid intake of mother.
