Pregnant, Having Low BP, Stomach Pain In Lower Left Side, Vomiting. What Could This Be?

Hi, I'm 22 weeks pregnant with 6th child, (last 2 born prem at 30 weeks) I'm feeling faint all time (low blood pressure) stomach pains in lower left side, sharp pain in "bits" sometimes and now vomiting dark green black sick, on empty stomach. What's wrong with me, I drink lots of fluids so its not that, worried as more things keep going wrong with me the further into the pregnancy I get

I am so sorry to hear about what you have been experiencing. Given the poor past history of 2 premature deliveries, I will suggest that you get theses symptoms evaluated by your OBGYN for appropriate management. Am afraid they may still go on to cause another premature delivery which would be huge burden to you and the medical team.
