Take small frequent meals, not to eat too large portions at one time instead split them in to small portions at frequent intervals.
After eating not to Ly down immediately walk for atleast 15-20 mins after meals.
For constipation she can use laxatives at night before sleep. Or else glass of warm water in the morning would also help get motions easily.
And there is no option for water she has to drink minimum 3-3.5 litres a day in any form she likes either coconut water or juice or lemonade etc. Take care
