Pregnant, Severe Morning Sickness, Body Aches, Difficulty In Working. What Is The Cause?
Hi Doctor, I am pregnant for my 3rd baby, my morning sickness was very bad from the day of I got pregnant.Lately my whole body is aching and I can’t do anything even a light job. Can I go for massage? Any particular reason that I am having this problem – is it due to meal consumption? As I don’t drink milk or dairy product. Actually I dislike dairy product taste. Please advise me!
You have not mentioned your duration of pregnancy so I would like to know that.
Take small meals at frequent intervals. You can take tablet doxylamine under doctor's prescription and guidance.
Body aches can be due to anemia and calcium deficiency as this is your third pregnancy.
Get your Hb and calcium as well as Vit D3 levels done and take iron , calcium and Vit D3 supplements under doctor's guidance.
If you can not take dairy products increase the calcium supplements in the form of tablet containing 1500 mgm per day.
Light antenatal exercises , yoga and light massage can be done.
Best wishes
