Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The heart burn, nausea and indigestion are common symptoms during the early pregnancy. To overcome the feeling, it is best to have dietary modifications and start taking a light easy to digest food along with a mild antacid and peppermint oil to relieve the symptoms.
