Pregnant, Ultrasound Scan Done. Can Online Doctor Help?

Dear doctor pls identify my baby ( girl /boy ) , my scanning report details is bellow .
Uterus:Single live fetus noted in cephalic presentations with spine to the left side . Fetal movement and cardiac activity are normal .
fetal parameters :
BPD=7.9 cm 31.5 wks
HC=27.1 cm 29.4 wks
AC=24.8 cm 29.1wks
FL =30.1 wks
fetal weight =1465 gm

It is hard to answer your question without knowing how far along you actually are or what your due date is. Assuming that you are somewhere between 28-31 weeks, then these results are likely normal. The estimated fetal weight, in an otherwise normal pregnancy, is the number we look at. If this number is within the normal range (between 10-90%ile), then the individual growth parameters that you listed have little clinical value.
