My wife 9 weeks 1 day pregnant . today taken ultra sound pelvis . In this report Uterus: Anteverted and gravid state.E/o a twin live intrauterine embryo noted CRL: 2.42 cms corresponds to 9 weeks 1day 2.45 cms corresponds to 9 weeks 1day FHR: noted Adnexa: normal POD: Normal Cervical Length: 2.8 cm with closed EDD: 04/09/2013 IMPRESSION: A twin live intrauterine embryo of aga of 9 weeks 1day My wife age:27 years WT:45.2 KGS BP:100/60 This is the report based on this please tell me what is present situation.as per this what precautions need to take. My wife & pregnancy situation is healthy or not

Look, her ultrasound scan indicates most importantly, there are two fetuses. Your wife is going to have twin baby. That is the good news.
Other parameters are within normal limit.
So, your wife and her pregnancy is in good position.

The ultrasound report shows that the pregnancy is 9 weeks 1 day and this corresponds to the actual gestational age.It is a twin pregnancy. Both the embryos are live. There are no complications noted at present. So, the report says everything is fine. Your wife has to be a little cautious as she is carrying twins, in the sense, she may need more nutritional supplements, better nutrition, adequate bed rest and abstain from intercourse and stress. Avoid risky travel and follow the suggestions of your doctor regularly. Take care.
