Prescribed Dynagen For Left Ovarian Cyst With Hypoechoic Content. Can I Conceive Without Surgery ?
i am 29 years old and planning for a baby. i have gone to doctor for checkup and found an left ovarian cyst with hypoechoic content. Doctor prescribed me Dynagen (twice a day) and Pyricontin (once a day) for a month so that this cyst can be dissolved otherwise surgery is required. I just want to know if i can conceive without surgery. Secondly if i can conceive from right ovary as it is clear

Yes you can conceive without surgery.
At this age, ovarian cysts are common. and this ovarian cysts are more commonly due to hormonal changes.
As this is a physiological cause, it necessarily not need surgery.
More than 95% of the cysts in ovary are benign and resolve itself on time.
Just take the drugs prescribed by your doctor. Please check your blood sugar to ruleout any impaired blood glucose.
Please revisit your doctor after 3 months and do ultrasound to know about the cyst.
In the meantime , you can also conceive.
My advice is to take iron and folic acid tablets in addition to Dynagen and Pyricontin.
