Dear sir, I am suffring from losemotion before 15 days doctor priscribed me tab sarigyl-o BD 5days but losemotion could not stop next time my doctor prescribed me oftum oz now my lose motion stop but stool is not come out yesterday some dry and redis and dark black bowel come out now what I am do is there any serious problem
