Prescribed V Wash For Itching And Burning Sensation In Vagina But Pain Persisit
sir, my daughter aged 17 is having itching and burning sensation in the vagina. she has mild discharge her periods are normal . our doctor has given a solution V wash and an ointment combating fungal and bacterial infections she is using for 2 days but pain has not subsided and pain is more at night during sleep. kindly advice

from history it seems that along with fungal infection you might be having some bacterial infection due to itching and irritation.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3 days.
Continue with the cream locally.
Take Cetrizine or Benadryl for itching.
Keep local hygiene neat and clean.
Ok and take care.
