Pressure And Pain In The Head While Moving The Head And Swallowing. What Could This Be?

Hi, I get a headace/pressure lasting a second when i move (walking but not with every step, sometimes swallowing , moving my head back). The pain has varied in spots since last night but is in the same general location. It started in my right temple, then moved directly above my right eye now is approximately an inch or to above my right eye. Any idea what this could be?
